This project is one of our first flat-roofed houses in modern style. Lithuanian reuse project. Construction was carried out in 2012-2013 on turnkey basis on a small plot of 8 hectares near the river near Kiev. Since the end of 2013 the house is inhabited, customers are happy:) The walls of the house are made of ceramic block POROTHERM, slabs monolithic, strip foundations. Facade finishing — a combination of decorative plaster and thermo board, elements made of aluminium. Additional insulation of walls with mineral wool, translucent constructions made of «warm» aluminium profile. Heating and cooling of the house is carried out by means of air heat pump mitsubishi zubadan. Drainage from the roof is carried out by means of a hidden system in the outer walls, roof drainage funnels with electric heating. The project is very successful in terms of layout and was very popular in the early 10s.
