We are pleased to announce the launch of a new, one-stop service – the building of a new house from scratch in Spain and Portugal to our client’s brief, covering all aspects of the process from site selection through to the finished building

We have a successful track-record in this field, having recently completed the construction of a beautiful villa on the Costa Blanca in collaboration with Spanish architectural company, Fuster.

I personally managed the entire process of the construction of this villa, gaining invaluable experience, reliable partners and useful contacts in the process. Steps in the process for which I was responsible included:

— site selection

— plot purchase

— geology & surveying

— project development, obtaining a construction licence and all necessary permits

— connection to external services

— earthworks & foundations

— frame installation

— facade decoration

— windows

— interior networks and decoration

— heat pump installation, heating, cooling, hot water

— landscaping, swimming pool and garden

— obtaining all documentation for the completion of construction and re-registration of the property in the Spanish registry

— all accounting and legal issues.

The main advantage of this approach is really high-quality construction and constant control of all stages, which we guarantee and provide.

Most of the houses for sale in Spain may initially look impressive (especially when located in such fantastic countryside), but they are often of rather low quality, leading in time to various shortcomings and inconveniences.

Stages in the realisation of your dream house:

1. Plot search/selection and/or evaluation of your existing plot

2. Choosing a design from our existing portfolio or developing an individual project

3. Construction

Our charges for project management of your project would be 12% of the overall construction cost, excluding the cost of the plot. So, for a build cost of Euros 500,000, our fee would be Euros 60,000.

Payment is collected in stages according to a pre-agreed schedule; bank funding can be arranged. Everything is transparent, without unwelcome surprises, overpayments or deception. I personally guarantee that everything will be fair and carried out to the same high standards that have earned me my excellent and long-standing reputation in the construction business in my native Ukraine.
